1. Prepare Material and Quantity Take Off based on the Issued for Construction Drawings released during construction. Revised initial data if necessary.
2. Read and Understand Contract Requirements on Materials and Services.
3. Control materials requested by the site team vs the Quantity Take Off.
4. Monitor all material requested and coordinate with involved parties as necessary.
5. Consolidate Material take-off of all discipline for monitoring.
6. Remind the Site team on the materials needed as per schedule.
7. Assist on the evaluation of Subcontractor Billing.
8. Assist on the Evaluation of Subcontractor Variation Order.
9. Monitor Subcontractor Billing and Variation Order.
10. Review of Variation Order Proposal sent by the Site Team.

C. AFTER CONSTRUCTION

1. Consolidate all Issues and Concerns encountered in the process with Immediate and Corrective Action.
